devprogress:read | Lets the MCP read your XP status. |
devprogress:write | Submit progress from your repos. Required for Level 1. |
rhp:outcome | Record verified outcomes (payments, releases, evaluations). Required for Level 2. |
obsidian:sync | Sync your Obsidian board. Required for Level 3. |
board:read | Read your board week view remotely, via the remote MCP endpoint. Requires the Reality Harness paid tier. |
board:write | Tick off and reopen board tasks remotely. Requires the Reality Harness paid tier. |
harness:read | Read your XP, level, streak, skill lanes, and unlocked skills remotely. No paid tier required. |
