Reality Harness is how Conquoreum turns real work you already do (commits, shipped releases, completed to-dos) into XP in the Throne Room. It runs as an MCP server in your own Claude Code or Claude Desktop client, reading your local repos and, optionally, an Obsidian task board. You never have to leave your terminal or editor. You don’t need to adopt all of it at once. Reality Harness has three levels, and each one is a strict addition to the one before it. Nothing about an earlier level changes when you add a later one.

Level 1: Commits only

XP from every commit, file change, and completed planning checkbox in a connected folder.

Level 2: + Outcomes

Flat bonus XP for a real payment, release, or evaluation.

Level 3: + Board sync

Your Obsidian to-dos become the Throne Room daily checklist and skill trees.
Levels 1 and 2 need no paid tier. Level 3 (board sync) is part of the Reality Harness subscription. Without it the board routes answer payment_required. Manage your subscription in the iOS app under Settings.
